Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in curriculum development with a focus on digital/online learning.
- Experience leading curriculum projects and mentoring development teams.
- Expertise in e-learning tools and multimedia development principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of digital learning curricula aligned with objectives and best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end curriculum development lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
- Mentor and guide a team of curriculum developers in instructional design and pedagogy.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create engaging learning materials.
