Placements24 is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to design and implement advanced educational programs in a remote-first environment. You will collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and technologists to craft engaging learning experiences across diverse audiences.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least seven years of curriculum development experience, with proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and various LMS platforms.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in curriculum development with a track record of successful programs.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, pedagogy, and assessment design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple remote projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and learning materials for multiple levels and subjects.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and pedagogy.
• Create multimedia content including interactive exercises, assessments, and instructional videos using modern e-learning tools.
• Evaluate and refine curricula based on learner feedback, performance data, and trends.
• Manage curriculum development projects from conception to implementation with timelines and quality standards.
• Stay current with research in instructional design and educational technology to guide strategy.
