Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across a national, remote-first program. The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and the ability to manage diverse virtual teams, clients, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, risk, safety, and quality, while ensuring compliance and clear progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing major civil infrastructure projects.
• Pr Eng or PMP registration desirable; professional credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of large-scale civil projects.
• Develop plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants remotely.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and financial controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across lifecycles.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear virtual communication with clients and senior management.
• Monitor progress, generate status reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in project delivery and governance.
