Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Civil Engineer with extensive project management experience to drive major infrastructure initiatives from initiation to completion.

You will provide strategic planning, resource coordination, and leadership for cross‑functional teams, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality and safety while collaborating with clients and regulators in a national, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years progressive civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in project management.
• Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and other PM tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills for remote work.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of complex civil engineering projects in a remote setting.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and ensure adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, clients, and regulators.
• Oversee QA/QC for all deliverables and construction activities.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
