Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects remotely.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for virtual teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard civil engineering design and analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of significant civil infrastructure projects, including transportation networks, utilities, and land development, remotely.
• Develop project proposals, scope of work, and technical specifications for internal and external review.
• Utilize advanced engineering software for design, analysis, and modeling in a virtual environment.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and remote project teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery from inception to completion.
