Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager for a fully remote role overseeing a portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across regions. You will manage end-to-end delivery from planning to handover, ensuring scope, budget and schedule adherence, while coordinating distributed teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management with a proven delivery record.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration.
• Experience with contract negotiation, procurement, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, remotely.
• Ensure project compliance with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including remote teams and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure timely project completion.
