Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large civil infrastructure projects remotely from your home office. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) with 10+ years of progressive experience and PMP certification. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6 and collaboration tools is required, and autonomy in a remote setting is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills for remote team management.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack).
• Solid understanding of contract management, risk management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of large-scale civil infrastructure projects in a remote capacity.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate geographically dispersed project teams, fostering a collaborative remote environment.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors via digital platforms.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and contractual obligations.
• Monitor progress and report metrics to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and methodologies.
• Utilize advanced PM software and collaboration tools for seamless remote operations.
