Strong leadership and remote management skills are essential for success in a virtual environment. The role requires a Civil Engineering background with 10+ years of experience, and PMP certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is advantageous).
• 10+ years of experience in civil project management with large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Proven experience managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects using remote management techniques.
• Develop project plans including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk strategies.
• Manage engineers, consultants, and contractors in a remote, high-performance team.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, government agencies, and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.
• Monitor progress and implement timely corrective actions to mitigate risks.
