Qualifikationen

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years leading major optimization projects in chemical processing.
• Experience with process simulation, modeling and data analytics tools.
• Ability to lead engineering teams remotely and mentor juniors.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management and environmental regs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
