You will lead design, optimization, and scale-up of complex chemical processes across global projects, collaborating with international teams and utilizing advanced simulation tools to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

The role requires a Master's in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years’ experience in process engineering, with proven leadership in remote environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on design and optimization.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) and data analysis.
• Proven track record leading process development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent remote collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes for new/existing product lines.
• Conduct process modeling, simulation, and analysis using industry-standard tools.
• Oversee PHAs and ensure compliance with safety/environmental regulations.
• Provide expertise on scale-up, troubleshooting, and debottlenecking.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and QA teams for project success.
