Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in chemical process development and scale-up.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (CHEMCAD, COMSOL) and statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of kinetics, reaction engineering and separation technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop novel chemical processes for new product lines.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to validate designs and collect performance data.
• Use process simulation tools to model, analyze, and optimize parameters for efficiency and yield.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and scale-up.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with remote R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams worldwide.
