Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large-scale process engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and development of complex chemical processes.
• Oversee process scale-up from lab to pilot and to commercial stages.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of process engineers.
