Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Senior Program Manager specializing in Change Management to lead a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across a distributed organization. You will design and govern change programs, drive adoption, and mentor leaders to ensure objectives align with business strategy.

This remote role supports South Africa-wide teams and requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication, and proactive leadership in a complex, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Psychology.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program and project management with Change Management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, remote change programs.
• Expertise in ADKAR or Kotter methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies for organizational change.
• Manage a portfolio of projects aligned to program objectives.
• Lead change management plans including comms, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and actions; implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder communication.
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Measure outcomes and report on change effectiveness.
• Mentor project managers and change leads within the program.
• Ensure adoption and integration of changes into daily operations.
