Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Senior Program Manager specializing in Change Management to join a distributed team. This fully remote role is within South Africa and requires strong strategic planning and change management expertise to drive a portfolio of initiatives that boost operational efficiency and employee experience.

You will design comprehensive change strategies, oversee budgets, and mentor project managers while ensuring adoption of changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or related field.
• 8+ years in program and project management with Change Management focus.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex change programs remotely.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in program management tools and change management software.
• Experience developing budgets and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies for organizational change initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, aligning with program objectives and strategy.
• Lead design and implementation of change management plans, including communication strategies and training.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder communication.
• Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Measure and report on change outcomes and benefits.
