Placements24 is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to guide organizations through major changes from any location within the country. You will craft comprehensive change strategies, assess impacts on people and processes, and drive stakeholder engagement while partnering with HR and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in change management and proven success with ERP implementations, M&A, and large-scale transformations. Strong remote communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in change management, OD, or transformation consulting.
• Proven experience with large ERP implementations, mergers or acquisitions.
• In-depth knowledge of ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, especially remote.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and influence in virtual settings.
• Experience in training design and delivery.
• Autonomy to manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for client needs.
• Conduct change impact assessments to understand implications for people and technology.
• Develop communication plans and engagement activities to build buy-in.
• Identify barriers and design mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs for new ways of working.
• Collaborate with project teams, leaders, and HR for integration.
• Measure effectiveness and adjust initiatives accordingly.
• Coach stakeholders and change champions within client organizations.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions to drive adoption.
