Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Management Consultant specializing in Change Management. This fully remote role guides organizations through major transitions, ensuring adoption of new strategies, technologies, or structures.

You will develop and implement comprehensive change plans with a focus on communication, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness. You will work with global clients, design strategies, run virtual workshops, and measure outcomes to minimize resistance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and tailor change management strategies.
• Design and implement stakeholder engagement plans across levels.
