Job summary

Placements24 represents a prominent management consultancy seeking an Organisational Change Management Consultant for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will guide clients through business transformations, shaping strategies, adoption, and sustainable change.

You will design and execute change plans, conduct impact assessments, and facilitate stakeholder workshops while collaborating with leadership and partners in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in organisational change management or transformation consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies across industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and communication plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify challenges and resistance points.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and training.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for clear messaging.
• Assess readiness for change and build capacity.
• Identify change champions and networks to support transformation.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Address issues related to the change process.
• Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and external partners remotely.
• Evaluate interventions and recommend adjustments.
