Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote Program Manager to oversee critical initiatives across the organization. This fully remote role requires a visionary leader capable of guiding multiple complex projects, aligning them with business goals, and working with executive leadership and distributed teams to drive innovation.

You will develop roadmaps, manage budgets and resources, identify risks, and report on progress.

Qualifications

10+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience leading remote, cross-functional initiatives.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all assigned initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication across distributed teams.
Monitor program performance against established metrics and provide regular, comprehensive status reports.
