Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a senior Remote Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to guide clients through large-scale transformations. The role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive change programs, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and delivering measurable adoption of new strategies and processes in a fully remote setting.

You will lead virtual workshops, develop communication and training plans, and collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management consulting or leading large-scale initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational changes.
• Expertise in ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process and change strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic change management plans to support client transformations.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, assess organizational readiness, and identify resistance points.
• Design and deliver communication and training strategies to ensure effective change adoption.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder engagements to build buy-in and manage expectations.
• Develop metrics to track the progress and success of change initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
