Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex client cases, providing comprehensive support and intervention strategies.

• Conduct virtual client assessments, home visits (if required and feasible within remote framework), and progress evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all case activities and client progress in the electronic system.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex client situations and crisis intervention.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and virtual collaboration tools .
