Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Senior Case Manager to lead support for individuals in the Richards Bay region. This fully remote role focuses on overseeing complex cases, guiding clients and junior staff, and ensuring effective delivery of social services.

You will develop robust case management strategies, advocate for client needs, and coordinate with government agencies and NGOs, while documenting progress in the electronic system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of case management experience;至少 2 years in a senior/supervisory role.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong report writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex client cases and provide intervention plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care and support plans.
