business owners and decision-makers to generate qualified opportunities and book meetings. You’ll work during U.S. business hours, build target lists, maintain CRM, track KPIs, and collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR, SDR, appointment-setting, or outbound B2B sales.
• Strong cold-calling ability and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable engaging U.S. business owners and executives.
• Ability to meet KPIs and maintain disciplined prospecting.
• Reliable workstation with internet connectivity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting into U.S. companies.
• Cold call business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Research and identify high-quality target accounts.
• Build targeted prospect lists and lists via Apollo.io.
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify prospects based on criteria and book meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity.
• Report on activity, meetings, and KPIs to leadership.
• Iterate messaging with feedback from the market.
• Follow up with interested prospects to progression.
