Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will source accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences to open conversations with potential clients.

In this remote SA role, you’ll use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to book qualified discovery calls and maintain clean CRM data while hitting ambitious pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
