Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top-of-funnel activities: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality communications. Remote work is available across SA.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role
• Strong written communication and personalization
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
