Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to set discovery calls with our Account Executives.

This remote SA role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication and proficiency with outreach tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
