Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, sourcing contacts and booking meetings with decision makers. You will craft personalized outreach using email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Ideal candidates have about 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, and a strong written communication

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
