Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our remote SA team. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

You'll leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, build clean pipelines and drive discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
