This role focuses on thoughtful outreach—not spam—using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit ambitious volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
