Blacksmith Agency is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to join our remote South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, building contact lists and booking qualified meetings with decision makers.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, using Salesforce and SalesLoft to keep an accurate pipeline and hit ambitious pipeline goals. You will collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and provide feedback

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
