Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching and sourcing ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This is a remote, full-time role in South Africa. You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records, and continuously test messaging to improve targeting and conversion.

Qualifications

2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
