Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team serving clients across South Africa. This full-time, remote role focuses on opening doors, researching target accounts, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to drive pipeline.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute personalized outreach, maintain accurate records, and support the full early-stage sales process.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
