Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles, solid B2B sales experience, and strong written communication. Familiarity with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo is preferred.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
