Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. As an SDR, you will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision-makers, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith to prospective clients.

You will work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality. This is a remote SA role with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar in agency or SaaS environments.
• Ability to personalise outreach at scale.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and maintain records in CRM tools.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
