Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC seeks an energetic Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified discovery calls for our AEs.

Responsibilities include crafting personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintaining Salesforce/SalesLoft records and testing messaging to tighten targeting with the sales team. Remote role within SA.

Qualifications

• Two years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
