Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, with a focus on quality touches, maintaining clean CRM records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and partnering with Account Executives to convert interest into discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
