Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our remote South Africa team. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to open doors and schedule discovery calls for our Account Executives.

In this role you’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to build clean pipelines, track progress, and contribute to high-volume, high-quality outreach across SA markets.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
