Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery meetings to drive pipeline.

This is a remote, full-time position based in South Africa, working with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, and LinkedIn to maintain high-quality outreach. You should have about 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and comfort with your own pipeline

Qualifications

2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
