Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to ensure high-quality outreach. The role is full-time and remote within South Africa, offering a chance to contribute to a growing agency while developing your outbound sales

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
