Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open doors, drive pipeline, and own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outreach, and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Experience with outbound tools and CRM is a plus. Join a remote, SA-based role where you’ll collaborate with a fast-growing team and build a high-velocity pipeline while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR or similar role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
