Job summary

Vroom Media is seeking a high-volume outbound sales associate to turn leads into booked appointments. You will make 150–250 dials daily, contact new leads within 5 minutes, and properly log activity in the CRM. You’ll receive direct coaching from the CEO and have a clear path into a closing role.

The role emphasizes discipline, resilience, and daily performance tracking, with a remote schedule and structured coaching to help you improve weekly.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; discipline and resilience are essential.
• Comfortable on the phone and able to engage a stranger.
• Willing to follow scripts and apply feedback from coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to warm and existing leads.
• Contact every new inbound or self-generated lead within 5 minutes.
• Follow up with unanswered leads at least 3 times within 24 hours.
• Send 20+ outreach messages daily using our scripts.
• Pre-qualify and confirm every appointment before it reaches a closer.
• Log every interaction in the CRM and report daily metrics.
• Join coaching sessions and apply feedback quickly.
