Somewhere is seeking a Sales Development Representative — Residential to own the top of the funnel for our home-services offerings. This fully remote, full-time role requires rapid response to new leads and qualification for scope, budget, and location, enabling our field team to close more effectively.

You will drive inbound fast follow-up, perform targeted outbound outreach to new markets, and ensure clean handoffs with the design and sales team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in inside sales or high-volume phone-based contact.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent (US homeowner-facing role).
• Track record of fast, persistent inbound lead follow-up.
• Comfortable in a CRM and disciplined about data entry.
• Full-time availability with U.S. Eastern Time overlap.

Aufgaben

• Respond to every inbound lead within minutes and qualify for project scope, budget, and location.
• Book on-site design consultations for the field sales team and confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
• Revive aged and unconverted leads; perform targeted outbound prospecting by phone, text, and email.
• Deliver clean handoff notes to the field sales rep and maintain CRM hygiene.
