Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote team. You will identify and qualify prospects, engage via calls, emails, and social media, and set up initial meetings for the sales team.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients using various lead generation tools and databases.
• Engage with prospects via outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our client's offerings.
• Conduct qualification calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and budget.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our client's products/services.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and follow-up processes.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings scheduled.
• Continuously learn about our client's products, services, and the industry.
