Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Remote Sales Representative to join a expanding virtual sales team, serving clients nationwide from a hub near Welkom. You will connect with prospects, assess needs, and present tailored solutions to drive conversions in a fully remote role.

The candidate will nurture leads through the funnel, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the team to exceed quotas while developing skills through extensive training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Representative or inside sales role.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills, especially over virtual channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
• A strong drive to succeed and a positive, resilient attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to generate leads and drive sales.
• Understand customer needs and effectively present product/service solutions that meet those needs.
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas on a consistent basis.
