Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join our nationwide, fully remote sales team in South Africa. Based remotely, you will engage with potential clients across the country, qualify needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth through a consultative sales process.

You must be self-driven, with strong communication skills, solid CRM experience, and a proven track record of meeting targets in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in sales, preferably in remote environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via video, email, and phone.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify suitable solutions.
• Deliver virtual product presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close in CRM.
• Collaborate with remote marketing and customer support teams.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
