Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join our nationwide, fully remote sales team in South Africa. Based remotely, you will engage with potential clients across the country, qualify needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth through a consultative sales process.

You must be self-driven, with strong communication skills, solid CRM experience, and a proven track record of meeting targets in a remote setting.

About the Role

This position is critical for driving revenue growth by connecting with clients nationwide. You will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals. This role offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through virtual channels, including video calls, email, and phone.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify suitable product or service solutions.
• Deliver compelling virtual product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining meticulous records in the CRM.
• Collaborate effectively with remote internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a remote sales role or similar outside sales position.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust virtually.
