Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Associate to support the sales team from anywhere in South Africa. You will engage with customers, handle inquiries, and assist with sales processes in a fully remote setup.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. You will qualify leads, manage data, prepare proposals, and ensure accurate records while working independently in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or admin role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with product/service information.
• Assist sales team with lead qualification, data entry and scheduling appointments.
• Prepare sales docs, quotes and proposals for review and submission.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Process sales orders and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
