Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a Project Support professional to help steer opportunities through the sales cycle. You will arrange meetings for the Project Consultant, follow up with prospects by phone, and keep quotation schedules up to date while collaborating with a team.

The role requires strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to learn technical products quickly. You will work in a remote-friendly environment with standard hours and a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Knowledge of sales processes: prospecting, appointments, relationships, negotiation.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
• Strong Excel skills for data, reports and sales metrics.
• Understanding of industry standards and compliance; fire cert is a plus.
• Ability to grasp technical products, applications, benefits and value.
• Experience in technical/engineering/product industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow projects through from qualification to order mainly by phone, plus email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn.
• Update quotation schedules as requested by customers.
• Answer questions by phone, email or chat using internal product training.
