• Strong attention to detail on pricing and order accuracy.
• Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals for the sales team
• Process orders and track them through to delivery
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports
• Handle inbound client queries and route them to the right owner
• Chase outstanding quotes and keep the follow-up rhythm going
