Location is Pinetown, Durban. The position requires at least 3 years of Sales Support experience, strong administrative skills, and excellent communication. You will manage costs, quotations, CRM updates, and customer service while driving opportunities and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' Sales Support experience (essential).
• Previous experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, self-motivated and proactive personality.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy, including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate costings, quotations and proposals.
• Conduct cold calling and canvassing to generate new business opportunities.
• Arrange appointments with both new and existing clients.
• Provide internal sales support and exceptional customer service.
• Handle sales administration and maintain accurate documentation.
• Overcome customer objections and assist in closing opportunities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with clients.
• Build, maintain and update the customer database.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Support the external sales team to achieve business targets.
