Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Telecoms Sales Specialist to join the national sales team. You will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across South Africa, from your home office.

This fully remote role suits a self-starter with a proven track record in technology sales and targets achievement. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations, and negotiating contract terms to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecoms or tech.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, social selling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored telecom solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to communicate value propositions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report activities to management.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in telecoms.
